PAYMENTS:
What forms of payment to you accept?

Payments can be made via a credit card, debit card, or Paypal. You can rest assured that all of your information will remain safe and secure on this site.

You can also opt to pay via money order payable to: THE PAPER PRINCESS. Please note, however, that item(s) will ship once the check has cleared.

CUSTOM ITEMS
I just placed a customized order. Now how long before I get my goods?

Please allow 10 -->BUSINESS<-- days for bookplates, and up to 2-3 weeks for rubber stamps and calling cards. If the goods arrive earlier (they usually do), you'll find a sweet surprise at your doorstep in a jiffy!

I'd like to order my rubber stamp/stationery, but I don't want to include all of the information like in your sample. What do I do?

SHIPPING:
How much is shipping?

We have tried our best to provide a shipping scale that is both fair and accurate. Here is our FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE*:

Domestic (US) $6.50 (USPS Priority Mail)

International ** $12.00

*Flat rates apply to retail orders only.

** We ship international packages once a week. We mark our packages as merchandise on the custom forms, and please keep in mind that international packages may incur duty fees (for which the customer is responsible).

How long does it take to get my order?

The majority of items are in stock and ready to ship (usually 2-3 days after order placement). Specialty items (i.e. rubber stamps, custom stationery, calling cards) take a bit longer as they made to order. Delivery times may also be affected by holiday seasons, press releases, and other high traffic days. If there is an unforeseen problem with shipping, you will be notified by e-mail.

COUPONS:
I have a coupon code, but it's not working! HELP!
Simply send us an e-mail (thepaperprincess atyahoo.com), and we'll make sure the code is working properly! Sometimes we goof these guys up, and we apologize for any frustration on your part!
RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods for store credit. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Due the nature of certain products, please note that custom/personalized items are non-refundable. If you'd like to process a return, please send us an e-mail.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Not to fear! We will never, ever share your e-mail address or personal information with anyone, at anytime, for any reason. So if you suddenly get bizarre spam from "The Mattress King," or from a strange man in India promising to make you rich, um, we had nuthin' to do with it. Promise.
